■ About the role
As a VPoE, you will lead product development, assemble, and manage the engineering team. You will be responsible for introducing new technologies, driving projects, and ensuring the effective operation of the team.

■ Responsibilities
・We are discussing what kind of product to create while engaging with the business side.
・We plan to implement an entry form for companies into the product (after obtaining the recruitment license).
・To facilitate the matching process, we are narrowing down the target and considering the essential elements of matching, selecting, and implementing automated features.

VPoEとしてプロダクト開発をリードしつつ、エンジニアチームを組成、マネジメントします。
新しい技術の導入やプロジェクトの推進、チームの効果的な運営などを担っていただきます。

■ 業務内容
- ビジネスサイドとディスカッションしつつ、どんなプロダクトを作っていくのかを検討
- 企業へのエントリーフォームをプロダクトに実装
- マッチングをどう繋げていくかについて、ターゲットを絞って必要なマッチングの要素を検討し、自動化する機能を選定・実装する

求める人物像

【必須（MUST）】

■Minimum Qualifications
・Development experience using low-level languages and frameworks such as Ruby (3 years or more).
・Capability to design APIs and databases.
・Experience in implementing features like search and sorting functionalities.

■ Desirable Qualifications
・Over 3 years of experience with Ruby on Rails.
・Over 1 year of experience with AWS.
・Over 1 year of experience with GCP.
・Development experience in large-scale projects using Ruby on Rails.
・Infrastructure setup and operation experience on cloud platforms such as AWS/GCP.
・Design, development, and operation experience with Microservices architecture.
・Proficiency in tuning queries and achieving high processing speeds.
・Effective communication with colleagues in other roles (business, design, etc.).
